शाहाबाद स्नान घाट नगर पंचायत मानिक पुर गंगा जी के तट पर बसा हुआ बेहद खूबसूरत एवं पावन पवित्र तीर्थ है मानिक चन्द का किला इसकी शोभा को बढ़ाता है यहाँ से दो किलो मीटर दूर शक्ति पीठ माँ ज्वाला का प्रचीन मन्दिर है और इसी मंदिर से 500 मीटर पर रेलवे स्टेशन है ये नगर प्रयाग राज से लखनऊ रोड पर स्थित है यहा आने जाने के लिए बस एवं रेल मार्ग सुलभ है यहाँ आम बड़ी मात्रा में होता है जो देश एवं विदेश तक जाता है यहाँ की हवा शुद्ध है थर्मल पावर ऊँचाहार 15 की मीटर पर जिससे यहाँ के लोगो के स्वास्थ पर गम्भीर असर पड़ता है
