Marino Water Park and Resort — Attraction in Uttar Pradesh

Group of 3 families... went there to stay overnight. Veg food available only at very high cost. Rooms are okay though there is a smell of dampness. TV, AC are not working. Bathroom is small with faulty taps and pots. Bedsheets, pillow covers and towel were dirty. Infested with mosquitos in the night.

Staff... especially at the billing counter are inflexible, very rude and not customer friendly at all. They repeatedly kept asking to clear the dues right after we checked-in and also hours before we checked-out as if we were going to runaway without clearing their dues. Also, they didn't provide any kind of food bills for dinner and breakfast... and we were forced to pay whatever they charged. Phone connectivity is bad... so, paying bill online was another issue.

Water park is okay for small kids as it has just a few basic rides. Moreover, not all the pools/rides are functional. The wave pool especially was a disappointment as the didn't operate it even once. Only chola chawal/ poori option is available in the water park canteen. They will make you pay rent for their used swim wear even if you have your own dress.

A very horrible experience... wouldn't recommend anyone to go there... especially...

I was not able to decide go to this water park after reading some of the false comments but now I am able to write my own experience after visiting here on Sunday Car parking is there charge 50Rs Ticket 550 per adult and 280 for kid. Food included it this. 3.100 Rs costume charge per person. Have to submit 200 Rs per costume.100 Rs refundable when costume returned. Locker 100 Rs if expensive belonging otherwise you may opt for Shoes Submit 20 Rs and Bag and cloth submit 20 Rs. 5.Rides were good and tube and surf boat was given manageably. security guard was also there, water was also clean but not that much cold but it was okay. Pool wave not working it dint started not even once from 1 to 5 pm i was there. Food was okay in this price. Only Chola Chawal or Chola poori, no outside food allowed. Water bottle extra to pay 20 rs. 8.Overall nice trip with family in this budget. If you are not very much complaining person you should visit at least once keping the price in mindset comparing the price of anandi or nilansh which is more than 1000 rs on sat and sundays Changing room was okay, Bathroom I didnt visited so cant comment . 4 Star. only disappointed wave ...
