This is the 3rd Zoo of Uttar Pradesh. In Gorakhpur Mahotsav 2021 , Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said that this zoo will be opened very soon.
It will be opened on 27th March 2021. UP Chief Minister Yogi Aadityanath ji will inaugurate this zoo. There will be more than 400 animals and 75 different species of animals in the zoo.
New animals are coming every day and week from different states and zoo. National Zoological Park, Delhi has gifted 19 animals and Kanpur has also given 50+ animals.
Its been said that there will be about 350-400 animals before the end of July
This Zoo also have a 7D Theater and a Indoor Butterfly park.

There is also an aquarium with different kinds of fish and even rhinos, making it an exciting place for visitors. There's also an aquarium and even dinosaur exhibits, making it an interesting place for visitors of all ages. The collection of animals is impressive, with different species of birds, fish, and other creatures adding to the experience.
The entrance fee is ₹50 per person, which is quite affordable. Parking is available inside the zoo, and the space is sufficient for vehicles.
There is a designated photo booth area for visitors who want to take pictures. Additionally, the zoo has a dining area, but the food is overpriced, and I wouldn’t recommend eating there.
While the overall experience was good, one downside was the waiting area near the entrance. Also, the sitting well-maintained, with dirt and even animal waste 💩, making it unpleasant.
Also, the Indian sun can be very harsh, especially in the afternoon. It's best to visit in the early morning or evening for a more comfortable experience.
My experience at the zoo was good overall. It was a decent visit with a nice atmosphere and a variety of animals to see. The place is well-maintained for the most part, and the vehicle service inside the zoo made exploring easier.
