Good Venue & Interior, but Rude and Dishonest Manager

I visited this restaurant for a dinner function. During the event, a lady requested the waiter at the Pao Bhaji counter for two Paos without Bhaji for her children. The waiter asked her to bring a plate—but not just any plate, he insisted on the main course dinner plate.

It was clear that the staff was being clever, likely to increase the plate count. Asking for a full-sized dinner plate just for two Paos seemed unnecessary and manipulative. When some family members confronted the manager and staff about this, they showed no interest in resolving the issue or improving the customer experience. It felt as if they were specifically trained for such tactics.

Would not recommend this place if you expect good service and...

We had a family function on this place. Everything was very nice but one bad experience spoiled everything completely.

This bad experience was the attitude of manager. He was full of arrogance. He lacks on the part of the basic courtesy. Talking impolitely and loudly were his key traits. Owner must either kick him out from his team on immediate basis or put him on serious training on how to talk to people politely. Else, one such bad fish can spoil...

Worst experience...the supporting staff & management is ridiculous & really very contradictory...giving 1 star only to add the comments...they not deserve either...Food was rubbish & total waste of money...prices are...
