Very bad behaviour of the staff specially who are sitting inside. They are showing abusing and threatening behaviour. Also not taking any feedback positively. Like today incident. I was visited with family for 5-8 slot. Was expecting to get tickets earlier so we can enter the pool as soon as we can but they started distributing the ticket at 5 and started the slides after 5:30pm. So I was suggested to take out 1st batch little early so second batch can get proper time. But staff said hum to aise hi chalayega aap mat aao. This is the way they take feedback. Too poor behaviour for a business place. 2nd thing the t-shirt I used in Gurugram Delhi and patna Water Park for the t-shirt they said wnha chalta hoga ynha aapko dress hi Lena hoga. And last but not least. I put the t-shirt to get dry on locker door. And somebody took it. When I asked to show the camera so I can see the who took it. The pool staff took me the camera room and once I enter there the lady was sitting. She started shouting tum jab se aai ho bole ja rahi ho. Tum to badtamij ho. So I also give the answer in same way then the male staff started threatening ke aap lady ho wrna hum btate agar koi male hota to. And there was 5 people was arguing with me with a male staff. And saying I should not talk back with them when they are abusing and threatening. I am really surprised how the owner are not taking action for these people. After some time the person took the t-shirt returned it and then again all the staff come and started abusing and one lady try to hit. This is the way they treat customer. And if you want to go there please put your expectations and self-respect at home. Don't complain don't talk back and also don't ask any help. Than you can enjoy and can come home happily. My whole trip was disaster because of the staff. I went there there from other city and come back stressed and distressed. Never experienced this kind of behaviour in my 36yrs of life. Specially on these kind of places. Who are reading it please think before you visit. Thank you 🙏

Please check the camera if I refused to pay at any place I will give you double. At ticket you people said pahle se paise nikal ke rakhiye so I said itni bhid me hath me kaise rakhe agar koi khich liya to. Uska clear sabut hai tshirt incident. Non of any organisation will take responsibility for that even not you as you said in your reply. And for costume I used and when you said nhi chalta mere yaha I buy the costume that's was the reson it was hanged there, and about rating costomer there is option you can rate but it is your business so you can't as you want to grow it. That's why I said you should take the complain in positive way rather than fighting and blaming your costomer. Nothing is perfect. Things get better with feedback that you refused to take on the spot as well as in review. This is showing the value you are giving to your costomer. Your reply should be that you will look after the complain and you can ask costomer to be little more patient. Rather than blaming your costomer. And accusing for wrong thing. On your reply only one thing was right that my son was wearing home tshirt rather than your costume. And al the accusations is wrong. So please recheck the footage. Before saying the thing. And if you think your time slot is correct you should write it 5:3 to 8 rather than 5. Thank u

And about the experience it was worst of my life I will really like it if it's go legally if you think so too please go ahead and please be prepared with your footages also. You are a businessman and you should be prepared for all kind of the feedback. And trust me your all staff are very poor in taking feedback. Expect the pool staff.
