Baikal Tal — Attraction in Uttarakhand

If i use perfect words to describe it, still i will fail.. You have to go and see the serenity, tge calmness, the beauty of the place.. A frozen lake with sunrays falling and glistening. And surrounded by trees which looks like they are guarding theplace.. You can stand on the lake in winter.. But Dont go far.. If it breaks, then my friend you are going to have a experience of your life.. And at last visit it after sunset, when the lake will be dark and still light falling on the tops of the tree. And lastly, i will say there is no heaven on earth, but there are pieces of it.. And surely this is one of those.....

Once in a life experience is Mountain Trekking in winters. Fully covered with snow. This was our first Campaign stop during the Bramhatal Trek which started from the village Lohajung. The lake was half frozen but not covered entire with snow. Unluckily during our trek the temperature was not so down. But yes if you are lucky you may find the entire lake frozen. The entire place just looks like Hollywood movie location.
