Overview of this temple

Situated at an elevated height of 3200m, just about sea level, this gangotri temple can be just the mark of a beauty, and it is primarily dedicated to Goddess Ganga, who is the sign of purity. This temple was mainly said to have been constructed by none other than Amar Singh Thapa, on the first half of 18th century.

Cultural and spiritual values

If you are willing to uplift your mood and enhance the purity within yourself, then nothing can beat the importance of Goddess Ganga.
