Read moreAmazing, must do trek in Nainital. We started from bus stand, visited Snow view point first. This section is completely on built foot path and narrow roads, beautiful birds on the way. Then we came onto the main road for a short section before starting the hike towards the left (there is a small tea shop and big board as marker) from main road. This is through beautiful forest and with breathtaking views of Nanda Devi mountains on the right. The path reaches the telecom repeater centre from where you must take a narrow stretch to the left to get to the Nainital view point. The view of the lake and whole city is amazing.
