Lodha Dham - Simandhar Swami Shwetambar Jain Temple - Juchandra — Attraction in Vasai-Virar

This temple is near Naigaon railway station, u can easily get an auto which will take u to the temple which is on the highway road.. Some of the major key points to remember before visiting this temple... 1 - it's a Jain temple 2 - they have breakfast, lunch and dinner facilities also, ( No onions, potatoes, garlic is served, also the evening dinner should be completed before the sun set. ) 3 - there are both AC and NON AC rooms available for staying and resting. ( non Ac rooms does not have any bathrooms so there is one big common bathroom outside the corridor for both ladies and gents) ( only AC rooms are having bathrooms in their rooms) 4 - the overall staff are very friendly and polite and they help u in any way. 5 - there is a Jain library with all the famous Jain books where u can learn abt Jain culture. 6 - there is a small theatre where Jain mythology stories are played. 7 - a beautiful garden on all sides of the temple. 8 - car parking available 9 - hot and cold water available 10 - a huge party hall is available for both doing Pooja and also for keeping lunch. 11 - bathrooms are very spacious and full time water facility...

It is a good place to visit on the Mumbai Ahmedabad highway. It is located near Vasai on the highway. The place is a Jain mandir (or reference as Derasar) of Simandar Swami Thirthankhar. The place has a good ambiance and a positive aura. One can spend a quality time here and there is also a dharamshala here for staying overnight. There is also a good bhojnalaya for having navkarshi(breakfast), lunch & chovyar(evening dinner). The dharamshala & bhojanshala is very good and the place is very pleasant so you can plan to stay here for a overnight and also take labh of seva-pooja of the thirthankar dada...

Good place to visit on NH 8. Has lot of information in the temple to read out abput Jainism, but no one to explain what exactly it is. Main temple is surrounded by few other temples small temples. Temple has a resting place (proper lodging is also available) & free lunch (prasad) is also provided. A good halt on a National Highway 8, where you can take rest, eat, get fresh & continue your journey. Temple has good washrooms & changing rooms too ! As the whole temple is made of marble it is cold inside even in hot summer. Temple is surrounded by good maintained garden which may help...
