I visited Aquamarina on the 1st of March, 2025, and unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. The entry fee has been raised significantly — now it's ₹500 per person and ₹400 for children up to 5 years old — which feels completely unjustified given the quality of service and facilities provided.

On the day of our visit, there were hardly 5 to 7 visitors. Because of the low turnout, the staff refused to turn on major attractions like the large slides and the wave pool. Their attitude was dismissive and unprofessional throughout.

The most frustrating part was when I lost my Maybach sunglasses. I asked the staff for help and even requested to check the CCTV footage. Shockingly, they responded rudely, telling me to forget about it and go away. The security guards were extremely disrespectful, using inappropriate language and showing no concern for basic customer service.

Additionally, they only accept cash payments — no card or UPI is allowed — which is highly inconvenient in today’s digital age. As for parking, there is a screened area, but it is chargeable and lacks proper management. If you're bringing a two-wheeler, keeping your helmet safe is your own responsibility.

A final warning: avoid the restaurants opposite Aquamarina. Some of them charge exorbitantly, and the food quality doesn't match the price.

Had been to the water park. initialy it was fine , though the water was not clear, slippery floors.. they will offer u the costumes that u will hire , a size smaller to you so that they can claim that you hav damaged it.while coming out we found that spark plug socket of our bike was deliberately cut by knife or some sharp object like that and has been thrown into the drain. our vehicles were parked under security and we paid for it.they even opened the lock of the gate. they wasted our 2 precious hours for negotiations. the guards, office stuffs are very rude. they are inhuman. they only know how to quarrel with the customers. 3 of them are telling different things.. 1 guard said the mechanic shall appear soon,pls wait for 20 mins,.. instantly he denied the fact. another said we donot have mechanic,.the third say if you pay 50-50then we will call the mechanic. moreover they were offering Rs 100 for the spark plug.socket which generally costs much more than that. Moreover no one is eager to talk. as if we were animal. once while waiting we got fed up and went inside the office room and they in turn throwed us back by security.

Overall very poor and misbehaviour conducted properly and in a disciplined way. really feeling ashamed to recommend this place to any one else. experience was not...
