To visit Assalay waterfall we parked our car much before the village named Kharbani - the point where steep down road starts from. We walked down to the Kharbani village in an hour with a few photo-sessions on the way. There is a sign-board hanging from a tree directing the way to the waterfall through the tea gardens. It was all green around us at this monsoon time of the year. Scenic beauty of the way to fall truly reduced our tiredness. After another half an hour we ultimately reached to the fall. The waterfall was in full swing with heavy force of water droping down to the rocks and the scene was very enchanting. The cool breeze and sprinkles touched our faces. We were very thirsty and tried to drink the water...

The journey to reach the waterfall can be arduous due to rough roads that demand careful navigation. The uneven terrain may require extra caution, but for those who persevere, the destination is well worth the effort.
Upon arrival, the serenity of the surroundings creates an immediate sense of tranquility. The waterfall cascades gracefully, painting a mesmerizing portrait that soothes the senses. The peaceful ambiance makes it an ideal spot to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
