The journey of 2 Kms from other side of the Dam under Ranibandh Block is actually through the forest area and enjoyable in the chill winter afternoon. The owner of the Van plays the role of tour guide. There are very good number of beautiful Deer as we watched in the Park and visitors have fair chance to watch them at the afternoon time.Rate of Engine Van may vary depending the flow of visitors.
Banpukuria Deer Park is a small park having some spotted deer inside a fenced area. But if you are visiting the park coming from Mukutmanipur, the journey makes the visit worthy. We went in the rainy season, but it was a sunny day when we visited the Deer Park. The journey on a motor van on the earth dam of Kangsabati barrage was beautiful.
