It is a pilgrimage at Banamalipur, a rural area, 3 KM away from Baruipara railway station, in the Howrah - Burdwan chord line, and at a distance of about 6 KM from Singur Rly station at the Howrah - Tarakeswar main line.The temple is built by a Maharashtrian seer, named Narayan Maharaj, .covering a vast area and was opened on Feb 2018. According to the care taker of the temple, there is a future plan to establish a College, a school and an ayurvedic hospital covering an area of 150 acres. The temple is attractively tall and well spread over, covering a wide space. On each Thursday, Prasad (offerings to the lord) are distributed to the devotees and viewers. On 22/02/2023, a celebration of 5 th anniversary is slated to be held. Narayan Maharaj, has established 4 such places of worship at 4 different corners of India, the latest one was inaugurated on December,2022 at UP. The temple of Banamalipur is blessed by the idols of lord Brahma in particular and lord Shiva, lord Ganesha and other deities in particular. There is vast scope of its development, beautification and creation of stay arrangements within the compound. Since it is in its earliest phase of its running, no menace of panda and the like was found. The Temple is situated in a vast areas of about 350 bighas of land of the Mandir Committee. The place is calm and quiet and surrounded by green cultivavable land ,pond and different bushy herbs. Only one tea stall present on the main road.
