Gandhi Park — Attraction in West Bengal

On the day of my thirteenth birthday, I was really excited since I was going to an amusement park for the first time in my life. So me and some of my friends I had invited, got into the car with my mom and dad, ready to have the time of our lives at the amusement park. On reaching the park, we bought tickets for everyone and entered the park. The only fitting description for it was “amazing”. I was really spellbound. Everywhere people were moving excitedly from one ride to another, funny music drifted to our ears along with the screams of laughter from every direction, people dressed up like clowns were entertaining the kids, and the most exciting was the rollercoaster, it looped in and out of nowhere and ran up and down and spun around in a crazy manner. My parents handed me some money and told us to enjoy the rides. We first queued up for the roller coaster, which was the greatest attraction of all. Soon we were seated on the ride and held on to the bars holding us firmly to our seats. Gandhi park is one of the best place for children and family in afternoon time . It’s gives peace...

Overall it's a great park, but needs a lot of improvement and maintenance. Some night lights are broken and most of the park is overtaken by ferns and branches, it needs some cutting and cleaning. New update 1st Jan 2025 A lot of improvement seen, all above were taken seriously by management, everything looks a breath taking place, and for kids it's fun. But it could have been nice if staff were employed on crowded place and also on kids playground a sttaf management team should be employed. Good park for little bit walking.. Natural, but need little more cleanliness.. Not too good about cleaning.. Toilets are very essential part of any authority or any public related places, from my view bathrooms are too much dirty. No proper locking system available.

Lake side seating are are quite good. But need more attention.

Most of Seating chairs are damaged, need little bit repair.

Tickets are low budget.. It's okk..
