Visited this place last month.This is my 2nd time visit to this place. I decided to visit this place once again due to our pleasant experience first time. The place is well maintained,though the toilet is not clean enough. It's decorated with many beautiful statues,has a well maintained rose garden and good playground for kids. But the main problem is the behaviour of the gatekeeper. One member of our team was still in the car when we were booking tickets and after the tickets were booked another member of our team(a minor boy) went to her running to take her with us so that we could finally enter together. It was near closing time and no other person was there except us. Still the gatekeeper behaved rudely with us as if this slight delay was causing him much trouble though his only duty there was to stand and attend visitors. This place is already charging almost double entry fee than other places still the attendants are so mannerless.This was not my experience duting first visit. That time staffs were cordial and helpful.But nowadays they seem to forget that this is not the private property of the staffs rather it's an entertainment park for all visitors. ভালো দিক রিসোর্ট এর: খুব সুন্দর সাজানো গোছানো। রুমগুলোও খুব বড় ও ইনটেরিয়র সুন্দর।

👉 নেগেটিভ ( NEGETIVE SIDE) দিক : ছেলেরা যারা আছেন, তারা কেও অভিজ্ঞ নন। সুতরাং, পরিষেবা তথৈবচ। কি ধরণের 🫕🫕 রান্নার প্রস্তুতি, রুটি বা নানের সাথে যায় বা কোনটা হোয়াইট রাইস এর সাথে যায় । ওদের সেই ধারণা নেই, 🙂 ওদের গাইড করার ও মনে হয় না কেও আছে ! থালি তে বলা আছে , চাটনী, পাবেন আমের আচার 😀😀😀, ওটাই আপনাকে চাটনী বলে কনভিন্স করার চেষ্টাও প্রসংশনীয় 😂😂। ওনারা আপনাকে, নানা কারণ দেখিয়ে, " আপনার ভালোর " জন্যে 6 pm এর মধ্যে রিসোর্ট এ ফিরত আসতে মোটিভেট করবে । কারণ, সম্ভবত: ( ভূল বললে দুঃখিত) , ম্যানেজার থাকেন না বা সাপোর্টিং স্টাফ কম থেকে বা ম্যানেজের সাহেব -- সব ট্যুরিস্ট/ গেস্ট কে ভিতরে ঢুকিয়ে , হাতে গোনা, অনভিজ্ঞ সাপোর্ট স্টাফ এর উপর আপনাদের দ্বায়িত্ব দিয়ে বাড়ী যান। বা ওনারা চান , ডিনার টা রিসোর্ট এ করুন। থালি বা অন্যান্য আইটেম এর স্বাদ upto the mark নয়।

কোনো কিছু আপনার চাইলেন , সেটা যদি ওদের দিতে অনিচ্ছা থাকে, তবে সেটা নিয়ে ভূল তথ্য দেবে , পরে ওনারাই ভুলে যান , আগে কি বলেছিলেন , অন্য কিছু বলবে😀 । এটা বেশ মজাদার!! অভিজ্ঞতা কম !!!!!!!😀😀

বাথ রুমের ( স্নান )জানালার উপরের দিকে কিছু ডিজাইনার পর্দা মতো লাগান। জানালার গুলোর পিছনে টাওয়ার , ওয়াটার প্লান্ট আছে। বাথ রুমের জানালার কাঁচ স্বচ্ছ হওয়াতে, সব্বাই স্নান করতে কমফরটেবল হবে না।

আমার মনে হয় , ম্যানেজমেন্ট একটু এক্সপেরিয়েন্সড টিম রাখুক। আপনারা রুম রেন্ট যা নিচ্ছেন , সেই মাফিক পরিষেবা দেওয়ার মতো মজবুত, অভিজ্ঞ টিম নেই। গেস্ট রা যদি ভাল হোটেল বা রিসোর্ট এ থেকে অভ্যস্থ থাকেন , তবে প্রাথমিক লুকস এ impressed হবেন। কিন্তু, পরিষেবা কনসার্ন হতে পারে।

PRO'S: BEAUTIFULLY DONE RESORT. Interior of the rooms are good . First impression will be satisfying. They got a big lawn, good if you have kids.

CONS : Chef needs to understand one point that , certain 🫕🫕food preparations are for Rootis, Nuns and certain 🫕🫕preparations are for white rice or so...

NOTE: I AM NOT SAYING ITEMS,

You must have that level of awareness to serve his guests for a quality resort or hotel.

Many guests will prefer to have a quality stay with yummy ( at least right combination of food items) foods. So, this kind of lack of awareness is not advisable.

Chinese Preparation: Get someone who has got experience or has got awareness on CHINESE FOOD TASTE ( Not talking about authentic Chinese Preparation).

YOUR " QUOTATION BOARD " OUTSIDE KITCHEN -- NEEDS JUSTIFICATION !!🙂

Team members will attend your requests as per their desire or INVOLVEMENT OF EFFORTS required. They will give some reasons for non-availability, 😂😂 however, later they will forget about their earlier statement and will come out with ONE NEW REASON!!

They will encourage/ motivate you to come back to the resort by 6 pm.

Which I feel not required and the reasons they tell you to be back by evening is not LOGICALLY JUSTIFIED , though they appear to be correct. 😀

In this process, they don't allow you to have tasty dinner out side 😐😐😐.

You have different kind of structures ( radio/ dish tower, water treatment plant) , just behind the bathroom and bathroom window's top portion is transparent. You may consider, putting one nice curtain to enhance privacy and relax level with in bathroom.

Suggestions to the Management:

You may consider appointing 1 or 2 well experienced staff with exposure to 3 to 4star catagory hotels or resorts. You have done a command able job by building such a beautiful property, but badly need well exposed/ informed/ aware team OR team leader to offer appropriate service to your clients.

Guest with, earlier good resort staying experience will be impressed at first look , but other support mechanism may not...
