One of my favourite spot to spend time lonely or with friends . Khandua is a truly peaceful and scenic riverside location, perfect for nature lovers and photography enthusiasts. The wide river view, traditional wooden boats, and calm surroundings make it a hidden gem. Sunset is especially breathtaking, reflecting golden hues over the water.

Being located beside the Bangladesh border, there is a BSF camp nearby. Due to security reasons, staying here after evening is not allowed, but during the daytime it’s absolutely safe and enjoyable.

⚠️ Things to Keep in Mind: • No night stay allowed (BSF restrictions) • Limited facilities, so carry water/snacks • Respect local rules and surroundings

Overall, Khandua is an amazing place to visit for a short trip, enjoy nature, and feel the serenity of the river. Highly recommended for those who love offbeat and peaceful...

If you like to visit river Padma you may visit Khandura. It is about 6 km from Lalgola Rail Station. A BSF Camp is there and the BSF personel is very polite & cooperative. He narrated furious PADMA in monsoon. There was iron fenced park inaugurated by the panchayat samity but now there are some iron rods and park is bare land. In the monsoon people come here to see erotion of land and setting Sun not the measury of the people who are loosing land and property and dwelling houses in every rainy seasons. We expect permanent solution of this measury and thereafter nice park to enjoy RIVER PADMA. Last week I spent...

Not decorated or equipped properly. A very little park is available for children. You can visit this place only to get some fresh air from padma river. There is a bsf camp near this place. There is no place for staying here. You can spend 1-2 hr maximum here. Some local stall from chop, muri, icecream is here. NEVER visit this place during THE EID time. It become very very...

There is no proper infrastructure. Govt need to look into this matter. If government take initiative then it may be seen as a good picnic spot or tourists attraction. As per my opinion as it is major minority zone so govt is not taking any initiative.

It is a loving place. For photography, it is a better place. Here has a children park 🏞 and several river sites. One can take bath here in water of Padma River. It is just awesome. The Sunset 🌇 looks very beautiful from here.
