One can take the Asian highway towards Naxalbari from Bagdogra , after crossing the Toll plaza take right turn and take the metal road which will lead you to a crossing , take right turn and you will be at Lalpul. Ask any one for the Fountain and a village motorable path will lead you yo the reservoir . It is locally very popular place. photography with long placed hill is a good canvas for memorable trip.

Road is extremely bad. Besides, there is no security in this area if anything happens. No shops are there nearby.
