๐ ๐ ฅ๐ ๐ ก๐ ฅ๐ ๐ ๐ ฆ This is Uluberia Anandamoyee Kalimata temple, popularly called Uluberia Kali Bari. Uluberia Kali Bari (Kali Temple) is one of the most attractive destinations in Howrah. This is located in Uluberia town at the bank of river Hooghly (Ganga). It is situated at a distance of approx 45kms from Kolkata.

Unlike many other temples in the rural belt of Howrah district, this temple is not as old. In 1918, the then sub-divisional officer (SDO) of Uluberia, Jatindramohan Bando-padhyay and the munsiff of Uluberia Court, Sashijiban Sen joined hands to build this temple on the riverbank. Uluberia/Bagnan/Mecheda/Panskura/Kharagpur/Digha/Haldia/Medinipur.. Any of these local trains will go via Uluberia. After reaching Uluberia take a toto to reach Uluberia Kali Bari.
By Road: Travel through any cab or bus that comes Uluberia. If you're traveling by a cab then take diversion from NH-6 (near Narendra Cinema) and by crossing a flyover reach Uluberia Kali Bari.
By Ferry: If you are coming from Budge Budge side, then use Uluberia - Pujali Ferry to reach Uluberia and then walk 5mins to reach Uluberia Kali Bari.
