The beach is close to the hotel, has black sand. Suitable for evening or morning walks with family or pets, some people fish on the beach. One of the beaches that is suitable to visit in the Semarapura-Klungkung area. It is very comfortable to relax with the gentle breeze, besides that the beach is also clean. But there are lots of stray dogs around the beach which makes it uncomfortable. From a distance you can see Nusa Lambongan and the coastline of the Sanur area. Swimming is prohibited there because it has big waves, maybe children just play in the sand on the beach which is quite safe but must be accompanied by an adult

Lepang Beach is a dramatic black sand beach with clear blue water, lush vegetation, lovely rivers, and surrounded by peaceful environment. This coast offers exotic view of vast paddy fields, Bali Mountains, and the islands of Nusa Penida. The beach is also for the Melasti ceremony and Balinese will bring the sacred object from the temple to be purified. This ceremony is usually held few days prior to Nyepi Day.

Good place. The best black sand beach in Klungkung. Sunset is awesome here. I use to walk and run in the afternoon on the beach. The beach also have a good vibes. Be carefull because of high wave. I don't recommend people swim here. Sometimes, trash from balinese ceremonial covering the sand (most of it are organic trash, not plastic).

Beach area is adjacent to the Wyndham Jivva Hotel. Ample of carpark space with a side entrance going into the beach club of the Wyndham. Signage on the beach indicates strong undercurrents, apparently angerous for swimming. Small wantillan available to sit in the shade with adjacent a small warung which was closed when I visited...
