Let me share my thoughts about Parangtritis Beach. Parangtritis Beach is located about 27 kilometers south of Yogyakarta city. I visit Parangtritis Beach almost every afternoon.
I was impressed with Parangtritis Beach. Parangtritis Beach is very beautiful with a wide stretch of sand and high cliffs. The sunset at Parangtritis is truly enchanting. Many local traders sell various souvenirs typical of Parangtritis Beach. I really enjoy the traditional food sold there.
I was disappointed with the slightly damaged scenery due to the garbage scattered around the beach. This beach is very crowded on weekends and holidays which makes it difficult to take pictures with a beautiful background. In addition, the big waves during strong winds make it difficult for me to play in the water and feel a little scared.
Compared to beaches in the south, Parangtritis Beach has its own unique characteristics and charm. Although not as beautiful as some beaches in Bali, this beach has a natural beauty and is worth exploring. The sunset at Parangtritis is very comparable to the best sunsets I have ever seen on my trip.
in conclusion, i really like parangtritis beach and would recommend this beach to anyone looking for a unique and beautiful beach. the natural beauty and atmosphere of the beach make it a must-visit destination while in Yogyakarta.
i highly recommend visiting Parangtritis Beach on a weekday or in the morning to avoid the crowds. Don't forget to bring a jacket or sweater to protect yourself from the strong winds. Also, pay attention to your belongings because the beach is very windy. Try various culinary delights around parangtritis beach which are definitely unique. parangtritis beach is definitely worth visiting because of its stunning natural beauty and unique charm.

Read moreI recently visited Parangtritis Beach in Yogyakarta with my family my dad, mom, sister, and little brother. It was our first time there, and I enjoyed the trip.
This beach offers better views than many other beaches nearby. The waves were big, the wind was cool, and the sand was wide and soft. The best part for me was riding a horse while watching the sunset. It felt like a dream.
I liked the calm atmosphere and the beautiful view. But there were some things that made me feel uncomfortable. There was a lot of horse poop on the path, and some trash was left around. Even though the view was amazing, these things made the beach less clean.
One time, my little brother almost got pulled by a wave because he was too close to the water. Luckily, we saved him quickly. Even though the trip was fun, that moment made us more careful.
Compared to other beaches, Parangtritis feels more magical and peaceful. It’s like the wind tells stories from the sea. The whole experience was really a breath of fresh air after spending so much time in the busy city.
Even though some parts could be cleaner and safer, I think Parangtritis Beach is a nice place to visit with family. Just remember to be careful and help keep it clean. I give it 4...
Read moreI come here on weekends, and the parking lot is occupied; many visitors arrive via various modes of transportation, particularly buses, dominating the spot. The road to the beach isn't big enough, so we must walk a few feet to get there. The condition is pretty smooth and accessible to wheelchairs. The major problem in every recreational area is trash. I see plastic everywhere because there aren't many trash bins available. They should hire more officers to collect it. The beach is too crowded on holidays, so it's better for antisocial people to avoid those dates. Although the beach terrain looks sandy and swimmable, the waves are too strong, making it unsuitable for kids without supervision. The bathroom looks awful and expensive, for shower cost 5000 idr, washing 2000idr, poop and pee cost 5000idr. My impression of Parangtritis Beach is so-so. The best time to come here is not on holidays. Wear a mask because of the...
