It seems like an interesting adventure place, but the staff and security need to be trained friendly, service excellent and how to behave towards any visitors whatever their background.

As also resident of the housing complex, every afternoon i/family/friends always walk in the jogging track area. Yesterday afternoon at around 5.10 pm, My friend and I were there. I was curious and thought the cafe on the deck was still open because the lights were still on and there were still lots of people there, intended for coffee time and snacks, not to swim. Surprisingly a security didn't greet us in a friendly manner, his face and tone of voice were unpleasant, saying it was closed and don't come this way, go there ! we've clarified and asked about operating hours of the cafe, but they didn't answer nicely, just said come again tomorrow, that way ! We don't like their face, tone, the way of approaching.

This place is new, my mistake was came bit late as its first time entered that area. But is it wrong to just give information nicely to any visitors ? Why ? Probably it was because we only wearing normal sports clothes, just by walking not with Mercedes, etc, and thought we were getting in for free or bothering ya, come on if we even paid to entrance/go to the cafe we ​​could afford it, but at the gate there were no officers or security to give directions regarding the place. Whatever it is, we're fine, but don't think to come back. Still have sporclub /golf club and Cafe/Resto in this housing complex.

Nice place to gain bonding with team ! Their guide offer some ice breaking and warming up before main conoetition on the water. The game just fun and the water not too cold so i enjoy alot. They serve boat to rent and just roaming around the poon and it cost 25k rupiah. It has large paking lots and nearby the cafee shop or other swimingpool. They offer digital and printed documentations during the game. And you just pick the picture that you want to print and the fees around...

went on friday morning for company outing using motorcycle, the venue is not bad for water activities, not liking the parking, they issue ticket, but not checking the system, the guy who attend the parking booth only say the amount and doesnt provide any receipt. not so much about the amount that i need to pay for parking less than 1 hour, suggest for the management to put a sign how much for a guest need...
