New Rivermoon Adventure Resto & Fun — Attraction in Central Java

Fun Place for family and group trip. The place is in Klaten district, around 40 minutes away from Solo Baru by car.

Parking Spacious parking lot for motorcycle, cars and busses.

Outbond and Tubing There are spacious outbond places and tubing river.

Tubing adventure is affordable yet alot safer than rafting. You will be given Tyre Tube, Shoes, Vest and helmet.

Short/Fun Tubing IDR 25k per pax only around 500m and 10 minutes tubing and you can go twice.

Long Tubing IDR 45k per pax around 2Kms and around 40 minutes tubing. On destination you will transferred back to Rivermoon by pickup car and it's quite safe.

The land staff is very helpful assisting using vest, helmet and pick the correct tube for the tuber.

The Tubing terrain is mixed, calm and fast. But it's safe, so many keeper to watch the tubers and quickly help if someone get stuck on a stone, or having problems.

I took both fun tubing and long tubing and it was very very very fun. My wife and kids were very happy.

I suggest to wash with soap at the wash room, the river seems clear but we don't know what's in it 😁.

Restaurant and Food Food price is reasonable and considered cheap for recreational level and surprisingly tasty and delicious. I ordered herbal drinks (jahe, kencur), Grilled Ribs soup, Mie Nyemek and mie godhog, all was good, the soup is only IDR 50k and can be share with 2 person. All the food portion I ordered was served large.

The serving is quite fast only 10-15 minutes wait and all the staffs were super nice and good service

Will back again with bigger family...

At first, I thought this was just another typical tourist spot..you know, the kind you find in various regions. Turns out, I was both right and wrong.

Yes, it has all the familiar elements of a local tourist destination, but what sets it apart is the management. From the parking flow to the people traffic, everything felt well-organized and structured. But the most impressive part? Cleanliness. Even though I visited on a weekend when the place was packed..with around 21 large buses, more than 10 smaller buses, and dozens of cars..I hardly saw any trash lying around. That’s a rare sight, especially in crowded places like this. Kudos to the team for keeping it in check!

I was there for a short visit but, of course, made time for brunch at their restaurant. I ordered the Beef Black Pepper, and to my surprise, it was really good! Even by Jakarta’s posh restaurant standards, the flavor was on point. Presentation was simple, but the taste made up for it. The portion and price? Definitely worth it. My friend had the nasi goreng, and that was just as delicious. Another plus: the food came out fast, despite the weekend rush.

Would I come back? Absolutely. In fact, I’m already considering this place for a team-building event..I spotted a company group enjoying activities like tubing and outdoor games, and it looked like a great time.

If you want to do outdoor activities while spending holidays with your fam, this place could bethe one. Drive approx. 1,5 hrs from city of jogja to klaten.

No entrance ticket yo pay, which is good. You just need to pay for the body tubing for 45K for 1 hr tubing, including floating tyre, life jacket, and mineral water n snack after tubing. They accept cash and Qris. This is definitely you must try. You can buy lunch at the resto. Spacious parking lots for private cars or small buses.

You may plan to come after lunch, but keep in mind that the last group of tubing is at 3pm.

The river's flow is not too hard, but some spots make us like riding roller coaster, but don't worry, the 'mas2' are rady to hold and direct us...

But the changing rooms need to add more esp for women, the rooms are bit dark also (need more lights) and the water flow is too small so it waits bit longer..hope they will improve soon.
