they said it it is one of the best place for fishing in pekalongan.. and so I paid a visit there.. had a chit chat with bunch of fisherman who sits and wait.. patiently.. until the long awaited baramudi fish (kakap / snapper fish) being caught using live bait (shrimp and fish) ^^ and they were all agree.. this place is one of the best place for fishing ^^ fishing event is held occasionally here. This place has several interesting facilities as well.. including water desalination treatment plant, swimming pool for the younger ones, aquarium with quite a collection of fresh and seawater creatures.. got thirsty? go find yourself a fresh coconut at foodcorner.. it does not have the 5 star view, yet the coconut is ^^ it should've been a great place for watching sunset.. however the weather chose differently when i was there.. yes it was cloudy ^^ the most interesting part is we could have this all for less than 2USD ^^ (entrance fee.. aquarium fee and coconut!) ^^

This place is located close to Mangrove Park Pekalongan. If you are using public transportation, it's quite hard to reach this place. I go to this place using the online transportation (online car), then continue the journey to mangrove park. But, unfortunately, I can not even find an online transportation. So, I continue my journey using online ojek, which is by motorcycle. The view is quite good. You can sightseeing the beach view of Laut Jawa here. Also, you can visit a mini aquarium here. The entrance ticket is only for about 3K and the mini aquarium ticket equals to 4K. There is also a mini pool for kids to swim and the ticket is 5K. There is also an amusement park for kids to play and a canteen for the visitors. I suggest you to go inside the mini aquarium, then you can enjoy the whole view of the beach upstairs. It is also located next to Pantai Pasir Kencana.

This place is nothing special to visit if you want to play in the water. But it's not crowded anyway so still a good choice if you're looking for some quite and breezy afternoon in the beach. Also it's unexpectedly a good spot to watch the sunset.
