Located at Sawangan - Depok. The waterfall resto offers nature ambiance with Indonesian Sundanese style food varieties.

Arrived to the resto around 11:30 and already informed long waiting list up to 12 names ahead of me.

We deliberately came all the way from North Jakarta after seeing waterfalls from 1 of the content creator review.

Seeing the long waiting list and see the service pace of the servers, we were about to look for other resto. However, couldnt find any proper resto around the area. Finally we decided to stay.

The management should review the table booking mechanism and how the front desk work if they want to maintain full house.

The waiting list is too long The way the front desk people speak when informing the duration of wait list...as if they chase away customers. Need customer service training, so that the resto do not loose customers. We noticed around 2:30pm, there are empty seats, less customers. If the resto manage well, you might get 3x brunch/lunch rotations, then hi tea, then dinner. More income If not applied yet, commission/incentives for all the waiters and staff may encourage to perform better Should open more snacks & activities stalls, which people can visit and munch while waiting.

Food is good. The ambiance is superb. Wish for better service and open more seating areas on second floor to avoid long...

GAK AKAN KESINI LAGI!

Minggu lalu dateng ke sini ber lima bareng keluarga (ada orang tua dan anak kecil usia 3th) sekitar jam 2 siang, masuk waiting list (kondisi emang lagi lumayan rame) kurang lebih 1 jam kemudian akhirnya dapet table.

Kebetulan dapet table yang di bawah dekat kolam "B7", setelah selesai order makanan tentu kita nunggu. Menu yang kita pesen, ada: es teh manis (pitcher) cobek ikan gurame (2p) bakwan jagung udang spageti carbonara ayam goreng kalasan nasi putih nasi liwet teri medan

Tapi selang 40 menitan kemudian, belum ada satu pun menu yang nyampe di table even untuk air. Table sebelah bahkan udah berganti orang tapi menu belum sampe-sampe juga, beberapa kali manggilin waitress buat make sure order-an kita udah masuk apa belum. Waitress nya ya bolak-balik aja buat ngecek, nunggu lagi kurang lebih 20menitan sampe hampir ketiduran akhirnya menu pertama dateng (bakwan jagung udang). Tapi ada menu diluar orderan yang dateng (singkong thailand?), pas dikonfirmasi kita gak pesen menu tsb, mbak waitress nya cuma bilang "ini compliment dari kami soalnya orderan nya ke-selip" berbarengan sama datengnya menu spageti carbonara di meja sebelah (yang belakangan hadir). Udah agak kesel di sini, kenapa menu yang sama bisa nyampe duluan di meja sebelah? kan bisa dialihin ke table kita dulu?. Inget banget nggak ngedenger kata maaf sama sekali dari mbak waitress nya ya (perihal orderan ke-selip). Ya setelah itu menu-menu yang lain mulai berdatangan.

Kejadian berikutnya lebih bikin naik darah sih, kita dateng kesana buat makan siang tapi akhirnya jadi kesorean, berusaha banget ngabisin makanan, tapi nemu 'belatung' di menu nasi liwet teri medan nya. Langsung tambah gak ada selera gak tuh?. Kita panggil 'lagi' waitress nya buat nginfoin kalo di makanan kita ada 'belatung'. Muka waitress nya sih kaget ya, tapi sambil ambil makanan yang ada belatungnya itu dan cuma bilang 'mau di cek dulu' terus langsung berlalu begitu aja. Bengong jamaah dong kita sekeluarga dan lagi-lagi gak ada kata 'maaf' di sini. Gak lama ada waitress lainnya yg dateng, cuma konfirmasi sambil mention hal yang sama 'nanti kita cek dulu ya', sampe akhirnya last waitress (lainnya) kembali dateng dan AKHIRNYA dia say sorry dan mention karena kejadian ini (belatung di nasi liwet teri medan) kita dapet discount 50%.

Jujur pas bagian konfirmasi itu lagi sibuk hal lain (yang denger adek & suami nya). Karena udah gak ada niat ngehabisin sisa makanan lainnya, kita beres-beres buat close bill. Pas di kasir, receipt pertama yang mereka cetak itu masih harga normal (sebelum discount) meski agak malas mengkonfirmasi kembali, cuma bisa mention kurang lebih 'tadi katanya dapet tambahan discount perihal makanan yang ada belatung nya'. Mereka re-check terus adjust receipt, dapet potongan sekitar 50k-an. Gak sempet calculate sama sekali langsung balik, pas adek verify ngamuk lah dia karena tidak sesuai intinya. Dia yang balik buat re-confirm, karena dia inget mas waitress yang bilang dapet discount 50% (2x ngucap) SPV nya turun, terus dia ralat kalo discount 15% aja wkwk, ngelawak banget mas nya, yang perlu digaris bawahi adalah bukan perihal numbers, tapi handling issue mereka yang jelek even untuk say SORRY aja sulit banget keluar.

Agak cukup berlarut perdebatannya karena sama-sama nunggu clarity, mbak SPV sempet mention 'biasanya' kalo ada masalah di makanan kita langsung ganti ke makanan baru, mbak waitress nya pun diconfirm tadi diganti apa gak makanannya? mbak nya jawab 'belum'. Hei mohon maaf bukannya belum tapi TIDAK, karena kan sudah closed bill. Lalu ujug-ujug mbak SPV nya nantangin "dari pada panjang lebar, yaudah ibu maunya gimana??", kalimat yang seharusnya gak keluar dari pihak manajemen loh ini. Anda yang seharusnya decide mau digimanain?. Di sini kesabaran adek saya kayaknya udah memuncak, akhirnya dia stop mendebatkan sesuatu yang sepertinya gak berujung.

Mbak SPV, waitress dan 1 pegawai lainnya yang ada di situ jadi saksi bahwa tidak masalah hal ini kami jadikan review. Tolong diperbaiki lagi ya...

Visit here as my husband has an event. It has greenery view with fake yet beautiful waterfalls. It was actually quite nice ambience. Except for the food.

As I came here quite early in the morning, I ordered pisang goreng and ice milo dino. The finger food and milo dino is very much below expectation. I mean you can order Ice Milo anywhere and it's nothing but Milo as you can guess, but here, it's very2 plain. It's not even has the so called dino (I expected generous Milo crust on top just like the pic on the menu I mean it's the point you named it Milo Dino, right?) and the whip cream is salty. Actually, I was thinking to order some lunch menu, but hesitant because of the mediocre pisang goreng and the milo dino.

Eventually, my husband came with the nasi box. It's the most plain nasi box I've ever seen and taste. For 65k per pax, I supposed you guys could give a muuuchh2 more DECENT menu. Instead, it was only consist of 1 piece of breast chicken, rice, and a few cut of cucumber and cabbage. Not to mention, the chicken was definitely over cooked and veeeerrrrryyy2 stiff I don't think it's something proper to be consumed. 😔

I'm truly sorry but this is very disappointing remembering I saw many reels in social media recommending this place, I think you guys SHOULD make some improvements especially...

I mean you can order Ice Milo anywhere and it's nothing but Milo as you can guess, but here, it's very2 plain. It's not even has the so called dino (I expected generous Milo crust on top just like the pic on the menu I mean it's the point you named it Milo Dino, right?) and the whip cream is salty. Actually, I was thinking to order some lunch menu, but hesitant because of the mediocre pisang goreng and the milo dino. Eventually, my husband came with the nasi box. It's the most plain nasi box I've ever seen and taste. For 65k per pax, I supposed you guys could give a muuuchh2 more DECENT menu. Instead, it was only consist of 1 piece of breast chicken, rice, and a few cut of cucumber and cabbage. Not to mention, the chicken was definitely over cooked and veeeerrrrryyy2 stiff I don't think it's something proper to be consumed. 😔 I'm truly sorry but this is very disappointing remembering I saw many reels in social media recommending this place, I think you guys SHOULD make some improvements especially with the food.
