The access to this spot is quite narrow for a car. Be mindful when driving your four wheeler here. The entrance's cost is IDR25.000 per person, parking fee cost about IDR2.000 for motorcycle, and IDR5.000 for a car if i'm not mistaken. The main attraction in here is venturing through the river by a boat. One boat will cost you IDR100.000 and can hold for about 4 persons.
The journey will last for about 10-15 minutes until you reach Ngiroboyo Beach or Tiara Hill. Both located next to each other. Unfortunately, there is additional cost if you wish to stop before going back to the starting point. Ngiroboyo Beach will cost you IDR5.000 per person while Tiara Hill is about IDR10.000 per person.
The Maron river is quite clean, i didn't see any plastic garbace or any other non natural trash. Few spots have dead leaves, birch, dried coconut fruit, dead woods, etc but they are not a problem since they are natural "trash".

The boat is small and narrow, for maximum 4 people, and propelled by small engine, controlled by a local boat master. The river depth is between 1 to 4 meters. It's a smooth boating experience with no record of fatal incidents. Safety jacket is required for every person on the boat.
Before or after boating, you can eat at the nearby food stall. One of the popular menus is 'Indomie telor dobel' i.e. double instant noodles (fried or boiled) with double side up fried eggs. It's hard to resist the temptation from the...

The river itself is a bit murky brown in the beginning, but as the ride progresses, green blue water starts to appear. The water will be better in appearance if the depth increases, such when rain happened up stream.
Life jacket is available and must be worn, although the jackets have seen better days... Hehehe. But hey, the safety precautions that counts.
Ask the boat guy to show you some cool spots to take picture. And give him tips!
But note that the attraction maybe closed if there's a chance of flash flood.
Everything runs by the locals, and they organise...
