Read moreMy only problem with this place is public parking, whether you're riding motorbike or driving car. On high seasons, you can find people, cars motorbikes and even horses go around the lake both in clockwise and anti-clockwise direction. If you're lucky enough during high seasons (or rich enough), you can rent some rooms just around the lake and you can park inside the lodgings area. Beside that, this place is great for family trip and a simple getaway from city monotony. My advice though, rent a villa or inn, basically a lodging (or "pondok" they call it) but don't expect 4 stars hotel service here even though your inn or lodging says "hotel" -anyway, decent service though, then walk your way down to the lake. If you're tired making your way back to your lodging, you can rent ojek.
