So far, this is the best beach I’ve visited in Lembata. It has beautiful soft white sand, a wide coastline, and clear blue water inviting you to get in. The waves can be quite strong though, so I wouldn’t recommend swimming here if you’re a beginner.
The beach is relatively clean, nice just to sit and chill around. The best time to visit is during sunset! The sky turns into a stunning mix of golden and pink hues, giving off a super romantic vibe 🥰
It’s accessible by car, with parking available. There are also public facilities like toilet and local warungs where you can grab some foodie. From the city, it took me about an hour...

It's a bit disappointing you can't see the sun set on Mingar beach. And you should mind that there's still very difficult to find people selling food or drink around the beach
But overall i think it's a very nice place to swim on the beach or just relaxing...
