Hawai Waterpark — Attraction in Java

Be warned... After only 5 minutes there, my child cut their foot badly on the tiles in the pool below the pink and white stripe slide. Blood all over his foot and he was screaming. There was no lifeguard around. Had to wait nearly 5 minutes for someone to come, even though I called for help. (Two swimmers saw the blood and tried to find help - very grateful to these girls.) The first aid lady was very kind to my son and cleaned his foot. But gauze and tape was no sufficient to stem the blood flow afterwards. They need better quality bandages.

So, we had to get changed and leave after half an hour in the park. He could no longer swim, and we were both very disappointed by this experience.

I requested the staff ensure they get this problem fixed quickly so no one else has to suffer the same pain. They did not care enough to offer a refund.

My son said the first aid person gets 5 stars but the park only 1.

Seemed clean and fun but we did not get the chance to enjoy it properly because of their poor...

Hawai Water Park is one of latest addition theme park in Malang in these last few years. Strategically located just next to the Singosari Highway Exit, it is very easy reach. It provides different levels of water play attractions from a baby-water-splash level to a thrill-seekers-dare-devil level.

There are 2 minus points in this park. The park not anymore discipline on swim attire discipline. Initially they are quite strict. But not now. Most people just jump in the water with any clothes on. For some reason they, surprisingly not processing any kind of transaction with BCA both debit and credit card (atm, flazz, bca card, visa, master). Customer are allowed to use any bank transactions but BCA. Perhaps the management should more openly stick a public notification...

Had an amazing time at Hawai Waterpark Malang! The place is super clean, well-organized, and perfect for both kids and adults. The wave pool (Waikiki Beach) was a big hit, and the slides were so much fun—especially Waimea Extreme for the thrill-seekers!

There are plenty of food options, lots of shaded areas to relax, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout the day. The tropical vibes and music really make it feel like a little Hawaiian escape in the middle of Malang.

Highly recommend getting access to the VIP toilet facilities—they’re more spacious, clean, and come with hot showers, which is perfect after a long day in the water. Totally worth the extra cost for comfort and convenience!
