Pantai Loang Baloq — Attraction in Mataram

One of the dirtiest beaches I've been to in Lombok. I went there in the morning around 10 a.m. & there were plenty of people at the beach. I saw a couple of tourism buses at the entrance gate. With plenty of paying visitors, they should be able to maintain cleanliness in the area. Instead, all I saw were piles and piles of trash along the beach. People even sat among the trash and didn't seem to be bothered by it. It seemed to be something ordinary for them. How sad.

Coming to this place to see the sunset, right in the 2023 Fasting Month. So that the joglo area or relaxing seats and the beach are already filled with residents who are going to break their fast. So the sunset atmosphere in this area can be seen well, if the weather supports it.

This area also has parks and pools and sports areas for community activities.

It's just a shame that the beach is a bit dirty, because of the trash by the crashing of the sea waves on land. This needs to be a concern of the Mataram City Government to increase...

I visited the beach because google reviews it as one of the best spots to view sunset. The pictures I saw on the internet were also grear. I went there in the afternoon when sun was about to set. so I thought it was the right time. But I stayed only few minutes there, the beach was far from beautiful. the entrance fee was very cheap only 5k/ pax. some local people told me that it wasnt beautiful because it was too cloudy in that evening.well perhaps I should come again to witness the beauty of the beach as the...
