Pantai Pulau Kakara — Attraction in North Maluku

Don't get fooled by the pictures. The underwater around the island is actually quite nice, but the beach is a disaster. So many trash, plastic bottles, dead rat, cans, plastic bags, plastic packagings.. all scattered on the beach and in the water.

Can you imagine bump itu aqua bottle when snorkling? Or seeing plastics stucked in the corals. The locals are just dump everything in the ocean. This is horrible and sad.

Been to Labengki, Maratua, Ora, Misool, Wayag, Saronde and all the exotic places in East Indonesia, and I can say that this island has no 1 rank in dirtyness. Save your time, don't even...
