Hairos Water Park — Attraction in North Sumatra

This waterpark has many options for us. There are pools for kids too. The entrance fee by the gate was 5k per person (children under 1,5 y.o. is fee). We have to pay 45k for the waterpark per person. We can rent a sitting place (2x2 meter) for 75k. The VIP room is 200k and VVIP room is 300k. These rooms are rooms with transparent-glass door and air conditioner. VVIP provides two sofa inside and VIP is one sofa. It is 10k to rent a single buoy, but you have to leave your ID card or driving licence before you rent and can take it back after you return anything that you rent. The boiled noodle was 20k per bowl (not recommended as it uses styrofoam bowl. It's better to just order usual Pop Mie, which cost 10k. The foods ans drinks we order cannot be delivered to us, it is not a table service. We have to take our own orders. It is better not coming on Monday as they clean up the walls of the pools (the day we come). They brush the walls of the pools yet they do not empty the pool. So the dirt of brushing the walls is left in the water, yet they still call the water as 'clean'. I think what the officers call 'clean'...

Not worth it.

Dirty: plastic bottles and wrappers floating in water. At the entrance pool, people were literally using soap and the water was all foamy.

There is an additional charge for using the float without which you cannot go in the wave pool. What's surprising is that they require us to deposit our ID card to even rent the float. It is the first time I have seen such a requirement in a water park anywhere. As we are not Indonesians, we only had our passports and we were not carrying it inside the park. So, we could not rent it anyway.

Not much to do apart from a few slides, many of which were not operational on the day we visited.

There are no signs in English so difficult to follow instructions but I guess it is okay.

Overall, not worth a visit especially...

Hairos Waterpark Medan merupakan salah satu wisata kolam renang yang terbesar di Kota Medan. Berbagai wahana yang menarik tersedia untuk memuaskan pengunjung dengan berbagai usia.

Waterpark yang menawarkan suansa cat warna warni pada wahana permainan serta kolam menambah keceriaan anak-anak. Tanaman serta pohon kelapa menghiasi berbagai sudut kolam untuk menambah keasrian suasana.

Pengunjung diharuskan membayar tiket gapura untuk masuk ke dalam wilayah dengan harga Rp 5.000 per orang. Untuk harga tiket Herios Waterpark bisa dibeli dengan harga Rp 40.000 per orang untuk Hari Senin hingga Jumat. Sedangkan harga tiket masuk untuk akhir pekan (Sabtu, Minggu, dan Hari Libur Nasional) pengunjung dikenakan biaya sebesar Rp 60.000 per orang.

Kolam Air Menari

Pengunjung beserta keluarga dapat bermain bersama disekitar wahana kolam air menari. Pada kola mini terdapat air mancur yang membuat pancaran air seakan menari nari.

Kolam dengan panjang 15 meter dan lebar 12 meter ini terdapat kolam yang sangat cocok untuk anak-anak karena tidak terlalu dalam. Dilengkapi dengan permainan untuk balita yaitu jungkat-jungkit mini, ayunan, serta ember tumpah mini.

Kolam Anak

Kolam anak-anak dengan kedalaman 40 cm – 60 cm ini disediakan untuk anak-anak. Berbagai permainan disediakan untuk memuaskan petualangan anak-anak. Terdapat papan seluncur gurita untuk mencoba beberapa papan seluncur yang kecil.

Selain itu, playground ditengah kolam yang menyediakan papan seluncur melingkar ataupun lurus. Tidak ketinggalan ember tumpah yang menumpahkan volume air dalam jumlah besar tiap beberapa menit sekali.

Kolam Ombak

Nikmati sensasi seperti berenang di pantai dengan wahana kolam ombak di Hairos Waterpark. Kedalaman kolam ombak mulai dari 30 cm hingga 200 cm, sehingga orang tua harus mengawasi anak-anak apabila bermain di kolam ini.

Menggunakan teknologi pembuat gelombang buatan, tinggi ombak bisa berkisar dari 50 cm hingga 100 cm. Pengunjung dapat duduk di sekitaran pinggir kolam untuk menikmati seakan berlibur di pantai, atau di area kolam yang dalam dengan tinggi ombak...
