Nyuh Bengkok Tree House — Attraction in Nusa Penida Subdistrict

I booked this hotel because of its unique USP 'Treehouse'.Lifelong dream fulfilled.||We wanted to travel to NL next day hence decided to book this hotel.The hotel is very basic with room having a double bed mattress, a table fan and one sapling shaped tree hanging stand.||Inspire of just a fan it's quite cool on the top and it rained on the night we stayed so woke up with a beautiful green wet view of surrounding||Bathrooms are shared basic but clean.||||Now to the staff-its a family run place and wow the staff is super sweet helpful and very friendly.||||Breakfast is free fried banana with tea/coffee||Lunch/Dinner menu is limited but we got to eat it on treetop in candlelight.||The Staff will help u with all your needs though they don't speak very good English.They arranged a drop to Toya Pakeh harbour and drove us themselves on 2 scooters and also helped us with boat||||Highly recommended for Balinese hospitality and experience of staying in a tree house.||||Pls avoid if it's...

We booked this stay during our visit to Nusa Penida. Knowing we were booking a tree house we didn’t expect much and that’s the mindset you need for this kind of place. You are literally sleeping in the trees. The room itself is as basic as basic can be but there is electricity so you can charge your phone and camera. At night the tree house moves a bit with the wind and you can really hear the voice of nature. Don’t expect too much of the WiFi though. ‘Breakfast’ was included but I wouldn’t really call it breakfast since we got some baked banana (pisang goreng) and coffee, might be great if you love bananas and coffee but sucks if you like either one 😅. Then again the price for the room is also very basic so you couldn’t expect a full breakfast menu. The restaurant prices are ok but you can find the same food cheaper in local Warungs on the island. I arrived at around 8PM and my cash money was not enough to pay the rate. So I asked where is the nearest ATM. Instead of just giving me the directions, the gentleman offered me to show me the way to ATM l, which I agreed.||On our way back I stopped to buy some food and he patiently waited for me without showing any sign of inpatient.||The room is on the tree, it is a really new experience for me to sleep on the tree. I encourage you to try this different experience.||Everything was good.|They only provide shared bathroom, guess maybe it is too complicated to built a bathroom on the tree....|When I finished taking a bath I just realized there were a small whole like somekind of window which allows someone to see you while you take a bath.
