Amanzi Waterpark — Attraction in Palembang

-. Standard water park -. It's quite dirty especially the stairs for the big slide ohhh no but it bearable still -. There are a lotof toilet u could used it but still it's quite dirty and lil bit ain't cozy and the privacy for showering is pretty low since they use curtains and it's lil bit broke somehow -. The big slide is good exactly there's like 4 type of slide but it's not that smooth sometimes to go down on the slide -. They also got some kids pool and the big shower bucket also small slide for kids -. The food is ok but pricey funnily the l fired noodle (indomie) there is like 15k + egg but it's quite crazy for them to be that expensive and they also got some hot dog or something and ice cream also chicken (ayam geprek) this chicken also come with rice and it's tasty the price is bearable 22k / so i forgot tho -. The parking lot is big just there's no sign for where is the car park lot and the motorcycle one so i accidentally park my car at the motorcycle one and i should move my car which is make me kinda mad cuz it's a pretty long road trip to go here but it's all good since it's a fun experience -. They also got the stuff called kolam arus it's a long pool seems like a river or so -. U need pay for the donut...

Easy to locate, not far from main road, have lots of fun ride for kids and teens, even adult could enjoy the fun. I could give 5 stars if only this place cleaner during holiday when the customers at peak. It is not really noticeable usually, and really clean at most of days, but when holiday come this place could be a bit dirty for some people. And you know, this waterpark is a bit pricey for some people. Except for those points, this place is worth it, for spending time with family and lover. I recommend it for people who wants quality time all day worth without worry bout traffics, long line arcades, and foods cullinaire cause here they ve got all cover. Not to mention they do some special event in certain time...

SANGAT TIDAK REKOMEN DAN TIDAK WORTH IT!

kebersihan: air kolam keruh, banyak sampah berserakan di sekitaran kolam, banyak hewan” ada di pinggir kolam (ulat kaki seribu, siput, semut) semua ada, byk dedaunan di pinggir kolam. konsep nya sih FOREST ya, semacam hutan rimba gitu. iyaa! dpt kok kesan forest nya sampe byk hewan” menjijikkan disana. saran saya alangkah baik nya utk di kasih pestisida membasmi hama deh demi kenyamanan pengunjung juga, kalo gini kan jadi kesan nya kyk bkn main di dlm waterpark ya padahal sekelas komplek komersil lohh masa iya sih menjijikkan bgt byk ulat dan siput di pinggir kolam lagi.

keamanan: banyak keramik di yg pecah sehingga buat kaki pengunjung terluka (salah satu nya saya), jalanan akses ke wahana byk lumut jadi licin, byk batu” taajam di jalanan nya.

fasilitas: toilet menakutkan sperti masuk kamar jenazah, kotor, dan lagi” jadi sarang nya hewan” spt ulat dan siput. lantai nya licin parahh. airnya kecil bgt.

PELAYANAN: TOLONG UNTUK DITINGKATKAN LAGI! KARYAWAN NYA KALO GAK NIAT KERJA MENDING RESIGN DEH MASIH BYK YG MAU KERJA. MANAJEMEN NYA GAK JELAS, BIKIN ATURAN GAK JELAS. STAFF NYA SALING LEMPAR KESALAHAN. YANG DI LOKET GAK ADA KASIH INFORMASI TERKAIT PERATURAN KOLAM (LOKER, SEWA BAN, CABANA , KOIN,), YANG DI LOKER PUN GAK ADA KASIH INFORMASI KE PENGUNJUNG SEHINGGA PENGUNJUNG DIBUAT RUGI DGN SISTEM 1koin=1LOKER. HARUSNYA DARI AWAL ITU DIBILANGIN. DI LOKET DI INFOIN, DI BAGIAN LOKER PUN DI INFOIN. JANGAN SALING LEMPAR KESALAHAN. TERUS JUGA UNTUK PENGUNJUNG YG UDH MASUK TERUS KELUAR DAN MAU MASUK LAGI ITU PETUGAS NYA TIDAK STANDBY. JADI HARUS NUNGGU PETUGAS NYA DULU ENTAH ITU DARI MANA APA NGOPI ATAU NGERUMPI SAYA JUGA GAK TAU. PADAHAL PENGUNJUNG NYA SIAPA TAU ADA YG BURU” DAN MASIH DI SURUH NUNGGU ITU JADINYA MAKAN WAKTU LAMA. DAN TOLONG PERHATIKAN TERKAIT SISTEM PENYEWAAN BAN (PENJAGA BAN HARUSNYA KASIH INFO KE PENGUNJUNF TERKAIT PERATURAN YG ADA). SEMUA KARYAWAN SEPERTI TIDAK NIAT KERJA DAN PADA PLAYING VICTIM.

MANAJEMEN TOLONG DI BAGUSKAN KEMBALI!! FIRST AND THE LAST KESINI, GAK MAU LAGI KESINI. UDAH JAUH, HARGA TIKET MAHAL, DIBUAT RUGI PULA....
