Segara Ulun Danu Temple is located in the village of Pekraman Batur, Kintamani District, Bangli Regency.
The Batur area does have a number of old temples with a long history of religious life in Bali, one of which is the Segara Ulun Danu Temple. However, no definite historical record has been found about when the temple was first established, but according to residents who have lived in the area for generations, Segara Ulun Danu Temple is believed to have existed since the 8th century AD. The temple which is a pelinggih building is located on the shores of Lake Batur with a slightly to the middle position, so visitors have to go through a bridge to enter the temple.
The surrounding scenery is really beautiful, with the majestic Mount Batur in the background, the stunning Batur lake, and the green trees around it.
Offering a charm that resembles its sibling which is located on Lake Bratan, Bedugul, but Segara Ulun Danu Temple is not visited by many tourists. So that visitors can still enjoy the place...

It ended up by me being extremely aggressive and promising to bring a police there (which is luckily just around the corner), it took like 5 minutes to explain that I'm not joking and I finally got my money back. Just skip this place, leave these scamers...
