Piaynemo Raja Ampat — Attraction in Southwest Papua

This place was beautiful. The local people already manage this place perfectly and make this place very comfortable. I went here few times when I worked in a Liveaboard. At this place there is a small jetty for boats, and there is a small shop for locals to sell coconut water and merchandise. There is a ticket entrance also. From the entrance to the top, the view was so beautiful with lot of trees and they made a way using woods so its not hot. Even going to the top of the cliff they already built stairs so we xan go up so easily. They also have toilets so you dont have to worry if you have to do your business. Amazing place where you can find your peace. A short 10 mins hike up from the jetty will bring you to the top view of Piaynemo. It is an easy hike with proper footpath. Our dive guide even hiked up barefooted.

We went around 4pm and were luckily that we were the only group there when we reach the top platform. It is not very big and I can imagine people queuing to get the gram shot.

Some locals were selling coconuts the jetty. The coconuts were sweet and meaty. Be sure to get yours too!

A piece heaven on earth. This is a must when you visit raja ampat islands. We must step 400 stairs climbing the peak. On the peak, the view is breathtaking, fresh air and can spend there for 15-30 minutes to let others climbing. When you step down, you can buy fresh coconut and it's only 15K rupiah or USD 1 each coconut. You may help them to survive by buying local products such virgin coconut oil or gelang akar bahar.
