Kenjeran Beach — Attraction in Surabaya

I visited Pantai Kenjeran back when it had just newly opened to the public, so everything still felt quite fresh and a bit unfamiliar. I went there in the late afternoon, and I have to say, the views were actually quite pleasant. The soft golden hour lighting, the calm sea breeze, and the relaxed atmosphere made for a peaceful coastal experience. It was a nice place to just take a slow walk, chat with friends, and enjoy the horizon as the sun began to set.

However, a few things took away from the overall experience. First, the parking area was quite confusing. There weren’t clear signs or directions, and it felt a bit unorganized. It took us a while to figure out where to leave our vehicle safely, which was a bit frustrating, especially with the crowd slowly building up in the evening.

Secondly, as expected from a coastal area near fish markets and docks, the surrounding air had a strong fishy smell — something that might bother people who are sensitive to scents. It’s not unbearable, but definitely noticeable.

Despite those minor issues, I still think Pantai Kenjeran has its charm, especially during quieter hours. It’s a decent spot for a short coastal escape...

Yah... Saya udah sering kesini, (cuman baru ini review) buat melepas penat dari keramaian sosial.. (Maklum introvert) jadi tempat sunyi, damai, dan cuman ada suara angin dan deburan ombak ini udah cukup menenangkan buatku. Untuk kebersihan yah nilai masing-masing... Soalnya kadang banyak sampah kadang gak... Dan kadang kalo ada kesempatan saya pake tempat ini buat piknik pribadi wkwkw... Jadi bawa kotak bekal dari rumah dan makan di pesisir sini.. Pengalaman yang seru...

Mau buat kumpul keluarga atau main sendiri kesini, cukup cocok buat yang mau menikmati kedamaian...

Oh ya kemarin juga iseng, buka di maps, ternyata di pulau seberang ada "Taman Bukit Anjir" Cukup kocak namanya... Yah itu...
