Lembang Park & Zoo — Attraction in West Java

Before coming directly to Lembang Zoo Park, we can only imagine the excitement of the children when they see the many types of animals that are there. And that's right, Lembang Park Zoo is beyond of Great. From starting in the parking area, it can be seen that the manager is trying to manage the area properly in providing service and comfort to his guests, it can be seen that in the parking area there is a small tour car that is specially provided to take guests from the car park to the lobby to enter the tourist area, and vice versa to deliver guests who want to return to the car park. The car parking fee is only 10,000. The management also carried out a disciplined examination of the health protocol, starting from providing a sink for washing hands (in the zoo area there are also at several points), a body temperature gauge, a disinfectant spray box, and we were also provided with 1 bottle of Handsanitidzer for the four of us. For tickets to enter the Lembang Zoo Park area on the 3th weekend and above 50,000 / person, under 3th FREE. As soon as I entered the Zoo Park area, my first impression was "the layout of the Zoo is very cool, in my opinion this is the first Zoo in Indonesia that I see looks like Overseas Zoos. The layout is well organized, the area is very clean, the air is still fresh, the area can be. provide fun education for us as a family and the area is filled with quite complete tourist area instructions. And we are also provided with a map of the Lembang Zoo Park area which is also animative and quite easy to understand. In the tourist area there are many facilities: Playground filled with innovative motor toys, Lake with angsboats, toilets & prayer rooms (at some points), there is an Instagramable Cafe & Restaurant with views of direct viewing of lions and white tigers, Carnival area with various kinds of fun fairytale fantasy games for children and parents, the core area is Zoo Park with animal clusters based on their types such as (areas for mammals, reptiles and poultry) as well as 2 Animal show areas. What's unique is that in Lembang Zoo Park, they have 1 large dome specifically for various kinds of Older Brothers, Rabbit Park and Cat House which contains various types of cats from various countries. The Eagle show that was displayed was very fun, educational, exciting, and of course still safe because it was guided by a special trainer. Even when we returned home, we were still given a surprise by the manager, we were given snack packages just by exchanging entrance tickets. Just a little suggestion, education of staff in the field about the knowledge area should be deepened, because we had a chance to ask to make sure the bird show area to several staff around the area they did not know the exact point of the area. So we had to find it ourselves. Overall Anyway We are very satisfied and very happy to spend time at Lembang Zoo Park. And make us want to come back...

this zoo truly a 5 stars, even deserve more! I recommend to arrive there in the morning, when they just got open, when the sun still warm and you can feel the wind breeze. Starting from the ticketing booth, the payment method are various and their proceed it fast, i found no quieing until i got in to the zoo. They provide umbrella, stroller, wheelchair which could lend by the visitors for free. They also have electric scooter for elderly or family with little children (not for free, hourly charge). They have unique animals and pets, all the cages are safety and clean enough. They also provide feeding experiences for few animals: elephant, lion, rabbit, Koi Fish, etc which the kids surely will love it. At the noon they also have the animals show at the amphitheater. Here they amazed me with their concern to their visitors by provide a huge and amounts of umbrella which we could us during the animal show since the amphitheater is outdoor and has no roof. The show was not just a show, but they also inform regarding each animals uniqueness. All of this zoo facities are clean, you can find toilet anywhere, its all clean and smells good. When you in the need to munchies or slurping, they have a plenty of foods and beverages option which you and your kids will love to. At the end of our journey at the zoo, they still get us amazed by giving us an amount of snacks and drinks for free. Only with 70k for the entry ticket per person (weekend), we get a full package of zoo-ing experiences and get a bunch of happiness in return. Well, keep a good work Lembang Park and Zoo. A good place to visit with your kids and family. The ticket price is so affordable with only 70k rupiah in weekday. It was very pleasant for me and my family. They have so much animals that look health and happy. Means that they treat them so well. A quite big place to walk around. So they sudjest you to rent a scooter. But the price kinda pricey (75k rupiah per hour). So my family and i decided to just walking for stroll around the zoo. It was fun too to just stroll around without scooter. And you can feed some animals there. Ofcourse you must pay for it. But the price kinda friendly and affordable. You can also ride the animals like elephant or horse. You just need to pay for it again. Its just very basic. Its just on your choise what you wanna do there. But you can watch the education shows for free. And the shows was very attractive and good for me.especially birds show. To see how eagles fly right infront of our eyes and right up our head was made me mesmerized. And they gave us snacks during the show For free. And rent us the umbrella for free too. And when we go out the zoo they gave us snacks and some kids item to play for free. With only 70k rupiah we got services like that. Ofcourse we want to go back there again if we have moment.
