Just like other zoos, there are plenty of different kind of animals to see here but one of the most iconic feature in this zoo is the cat cafe. A lot of cat people have a hard time in encountering cat cafes and this place is like a hidden gem to cat lovers. Eventhough the cat cafe would be a much more of pleasant experience if the place is more taken care of. Nevertheless love the overall experience in the zoo is very good. The animals are all so cute especially the big white lion and lioness. I got water sprayed by the elephants as i take a closer look and it was such an amazing experience! It was raining at the time of our visit and they gave us some raincoats to put on. The service from the staff are very friendly. The design of the zoo exterior and interior design is very beautiful and eye-catching. As well as the food area and cafes have delicious food & beverages and desserts too! Traditional snacks are available as well. Each person also get a bag of goodies for the visit that include a snack, instant noodle packet and a toy. You can also rent an electric scooter/small golf car(?) there if you do not like walking around. The ticket for adults is 50k and the parking fee is 10k Come and visit Lembang Park & Zoo now!

A pleasant and affordable trip! I find it shorter to take Jl. Sersan Bajuri instead of Jl. Setiabudi from Station Ledeng. Jl. Sersan Bajuri is narrow but straight to Lembang Park & Zoo. The parking is Rp. 10,000 for a one-time car parking fee. The parking area is not asphalt yet, but it is good enough to park your car. Parking guys are super helpful in directing where to go if they see your car coming. No worry about long walks from the parking area because Lembang Zoo provides free shuttles. I appreciate how the zoo offers scooters and umbrellas, so visitors have another option to enjoy the park. My favorite part is Tiger house, "rumah kucing", which has three tigers that I could see but one was quite active and was walking back and forth. This is the highlight part of the zoo experience. The rest of the zoo is like what other reviews have mentioned. Please, do come in the morning if you are not into walking around in the sun. Another thing about this zoo is its natural cool breeze, which makes it wonderful! On top of that, we all get small goodie bags. It's not necessarily the inside of it but the gesture that impressed me. They truly do their best to welcome and cherish their visitors as much as they can. Thank you!

A very recommended place to visit if you are in Lembang. Family and kids friendly. The animals are various and the exhibits are well maintained. There are many activities you can do inside, like feeding elephants, pony ride, scooter ride, etc. They provide scooter for us to go around by ourselves in the zoo. They also provide abundant umbrellas in case it is raining or too hot to walk around. The gift shop has some interesting items though price is kinda high. The food court has various tenants and choices. The taste is definitely not 5-stars (i rate it 2 to 3 srtars) but they are affordable. One thing that still bother me is that they use carrots in rabbit feeding area. Well, many know that carrot is not rabbits' food, especially if they are given with bunch amount everyday. I thought zoo should have known about their animals well. Hope, this could make them study and treat their animals right. The tickets are sold online in marketplace. Yet, we still have to go with the queue in ticket booth to exchange it. It would be better if they have separate line for those buying ticket in advance. But in overall, I still recommend this place if you are looking for good place to spend with family, kids, elders or even friends.

A zoo which is not a zoo.. Well during cofid I came here to bring my 3 yo grand daughter. With face mask always on, hands frequently washed and did not interact with people, the visit feels quite fun. We came a bit early so we still have some times in some places only for us. The zoo is quite new and still under preparation for a more complete animals. The collections of animals is good. Hopefully they can maintain and give a very good treatment and environment for them. But then I just feel sorry for them for being placed in a very limited space, very expose to sun shines as they are still limited big plants around. I notice there are too many food stall. They seem want to combine a zoo with food to fill up the human tummy which is weird in my point of view. The place become too crowded. Between small compound or cage if animals, food stalls and human eating all around. Will I comeback? I will if they make arrangement to separate food and animals. Or maybe this place is made for those who likes eating and let the animals entertain their eyes. No offend. Just my two cents.

We had a positive experience visting Lembang Park and Zoo, from arriving to departing. - Parking is vast. Some are closer to ticketing area/lobby, some are a bit away, but they provide free shuttles from the parking lots. - Prices are different weekdays and weekends. Free entrance for children below height of 80cm - Good size/variety of animals in their zoo except I dont see aquariums. - There are scheduled shows or activities, just watch the timings - Water-based activities and small theme park are also there - Tracks around the park and zoo are wide and stroller/wheelchair friendly. You may opt to rent e-scooters (1 seat) 75K per hour or eboogies (2 seats) 150K per hour. Roving trains are also making some cho choos around. - Plenty of seating areas and food beverages stalls if you want to take a break. The visitors can benefit from its location in high altitude hence cooler weather and surrounding trees, providing some shades. - Similarly several prayer rooms are provided - On the way out they handed us a gift - Facilities are well kept - Staff are courteous and helpful

I recently visited the zoo and I must say, I had a fantastic time. The first thing that caught my attention was how clean and well-maintained the entire facility was. Even though it was a busy day, there was no litter in sight. The second thing that impressed me was how family-friendly the zoo was. The staff were friendly and helpful, and there were plenty of activities and exhibits that kept both kids and adults engaged. Even on a hot day, there were plenty of shaded areas and water fountains to keep everyone cool and hydrated. The animal enclosures were spacious and well-designed, giving the animals plenty of room to move about and play. The variety of animals was impressive, ranging from big cats to giant reptiles, and everything in between. It was evident that the animals were well-cared for and happy in their environment. Overall, I would highly recommend this zoo to anyone looking for a fun and educational day out with their family. The cleanliness and family-friendly atmosphere make it a great choice for a day trip or even a summer vacation destination.
