Sangkan Resort Aqua Park — Attraction in West Java

The location is very nice, most of the time it's cloudy so although the temperature is not as cool as Upper Bandung or Upper Bogor, the breeze still feels good and the heat is very minimal.

The room (we got the double bed) is quite large, it can fit two extra beds if your stuff are not that much. Good bathroom as well, you can have hot water. The only downside would be the wifi connection is not so good and there is no fridge. The breakfast is provided for two people + every extra bed you rent.

If you stay there, you get free entry for water park and the zoo, as well as horse riding (you get one it for every day you stay, e.g. you stayed for a day so for a day you get one free entry to the park, as well as coupon for horse riding; both for two people + extra bed). The horse riding is not as free as the water park who opens from 9-20 iirc, and the horse has breaks so if you'd like, go for it first before hitting the slides. The water park itself is big and lovely; the equipment renting not so much. Renting gazebo is not expensive, but the rubber floats are quite.

Overall a pleasant experience.

where do I start? This is not 4 star as advertised. Reception is accessed via a outdoor car park so when it rains which is often, you will get a soaking as you attempt to leave you car to check in while receptionist watches on. Similarly you room has no undercover parking. So not only you gets soaked so does your luggage when you take it from the car. 2nd floor rooms accessed by slippery staircase the down a dirty hallway with peeling wall paper. Our room was dirty with cracked and broken floor tiles, Dirty sofa and....had a recently used towel in bathroom with a used toothbrush in the wash basin. How is this ranked 4 star. The only thing 4 star...

Saya masuk karena kebetulan anak saya gak berenti-berenti minta berenang, tadinya tidak mau masuk karena sudah keliatan dari luar kualitas air kolam renang nya seperti apa. Akhirnya saya putuskan untuk masuk ke dalam, kebetulan saat saya masuk berbarengan dengan anak-anak sekolah (sepertinya anak SMA) setelah masuk, sudah diberitahukan oleh bagian tiketing di awal bahwa kolam anak banyak yang gagal treatment. Ok, saya tetap putuskan untuk masuk dan melihat seperti apa kondisinya. Saya pribadi cukup kaget pada saat masuk melihat kondisinya secara langsung. Ada 1 kolam anak kondisinya menurut saya sudah tidak bisa digunakan karena sudah tercium bau amis, kemudian bergeser ke kolam yang lainnya lebih parah lagi, warna airnya sudah seperti warna kolam ikan Nila, saya bergeser ke kolam Ombak, bisa digunakan hanya saja kotor di dalam air nya pun cukup terlihat jelas, belum lagi ada cukup banyak hewan-hewan kecil yang sudah mati serta kotoran dari daun-daun kering yang terinjak-injak masuk ke dalam kolam. Akhirnya saya memutuskan hanya bermain bersama anak saya di kolam renang anak yang ada tong tumpah nya, itu pun sama ada kotoran-kotoran daun kering yang terbawa masuk ke dalam kolam dan juga hewan-hewan kecil yang sudah mati di dalam kolam seperti capung, kupu2, semut. Sedikit saran untuk pihak management Sangkan, mungkin kolam-kolam yang gagal treatment seperti yang sudah di informasikan, bisa dikeringkan saja sambil di cek kembali apa yang rusak. Jangan dibiarkan air menggenang tanpa tersirkulasi, sehingga akan menimbulkan tumbuhnya lumut-lumut atau bahkan kutu air. Mungkin untuk memperindah atau menarik perhatian pengunjung, bisa di remajakan kembali iklan besar yang terpajang di pinggir jalan raya dan juga diremajakan kembali aspal-aspal yang sudah rusak. Kemudian bisa dipublikasikan secara baik jika sudah bagus lewat berbagai macam platform social media seperti Instagram, TikTok atau yang lainnya. Serta jangan lelah untuk menerima kritik...
