Finally, after what felt like crossing smooth roads with square tires, I arrived. And oo La La! This reservoir is huge. My brain struggled to confess that this watery behemoth was actually man-made. It's so vast, you could probably nurture a leviathan here.

Now, for the "hidden gem" part. Let's just say the management situation is... laissez-faire. Think "Indiana Jones discovering a lost temple," but instead of booby traps, you're navigating the wild frontier of self-parking and unsupervised exploration. No fancy ticket booths, no uniformed guides, just you, your sense of adventure, and a whole lot of reservoir. Despite the "thrilling" off-road adventure to get there, Mother Nature decided to cut me some slack. I arrived just as the golden hour was painting the sky in hues of fiery orange, soft pink, and dreamy purple. And let me tell you, Setupatok Reservoir delivers. Update maybe for recent time they already got better management since the place gets more exposure...

Tempat ini cocok untuk kalian yang ingin menenangkan pikiran sejenak menikmati pemandangan danau Setu patok, untuk parkiran sendiri dikenakan biaya 2k atau lebih, untuk warung di sini ada banyak sekali warung baik di sebelah timur maupun barat, untuk hari cemilan di warung relatif terjangkau mulai dari 2ribu sampai 10ribu pemandangan danau Setu patok sudah tidak diragukan sekali jika beruntung kita bisa melihat gunung Ciremai jika cuaca nya cerah, danau Setu patok setiap hari Minggu itu ada bazar jadi jangan lupa bawa uang lebih jika ingin jajan sambil menikmati...

Pemandangannya bagus, cocok buat tempat piknik, olahraga dan pelepas penat ...

Disini juga banyak warung dan lahan parkir, untuk makanan dan minuman harganya umum dan terjangkau ....

Ga ada tiket masuk, adanya hanya parkir saja guys ... Paling bagus ke sini sore hari, bisa berfoto nuansa senja, pokoknya mantap suasananya.
