It was an ok waterfall. Worth a stop

Very much dislike the locals approaching me and asking 5k for parking fee and 10-20k entrance fee. Total bullshit. None of that money goes into keeping up the area, it goes right into their pocket. I wouldn't mind paying 5k to park IF the locals or village would at least clean the parking lot of trash. Disgusting Trash everywhere, so disappointing. Paying entrance fee would also be fine if there was any evidence of the park being maintained, which it is not. Unfortunately you can see it falling apart. This reflects badly on their country and tourists are going to stop coming when they see these poor reviews.

Going with a guide is good as they know the paths. Our guide was also amazing with our young daughter and carried her up 200 odd steps when she decided she didn't want to walk.

We gave them a chance and going on a tour with guides is the better choice, if you are more adventurous. The first two waterfalls can be easily explored alone and are not hard to find.
