I was here today (June, 29, 2018) and I'm not happy. First of all, after two pretty long sideshows (about 3 hours) it was announced to us that the hall for the main attraction (the dolphin show) is under reconstruction and closed, so the show would commence in a temporary place (a resting pool for the dolphins apparently). Now I have never been there before and so don't have any idea about the permanent facility, but this temporary one was just awful. A few rows of chairs were placed around a pool, and almost nothing could be seen of the show specially from the back rows, even while standing. And then the sound system was an absolute disaster, a showman (or perhaps one of trainers? I'm not sure simce I could neither see nor hear him) was talking while the dolphins were playing for about 45 minutes, yet no one could decipher even one word. I mean if you are under maintenance and reconstruction break, then why would you sell tickets and reservations for a show that pretty much does not exist? All these aside, the uncontested worst aspect of this park were the staff. One of them practically attacked a 12 year old of us for taking a picture from a reptile he wasn't supposed so, he was just a kid how could he have known? You could have explained your reasons (financial of course, not even out of care for the safety of the poorly-kept animals) to him nice and calmly instead of attacking to take his cellphone and shouting at him to delete the photo. This kind of behavior is absolutely unacceptable bordering on child abuse. The management was also dismissive of the complaints from us and many other families who were also disappointed and dissatisfied. In conclusion, this was a terrible waste of time which ruined the whole day for us. Well done,...
