The place itself is nice but the staff need to be trained properly as they have no sense of customer satisfaction and have no clue how to treat customers; most of them are rather rude and unprofessional. The most annoying issue with this water park is that there are just so much restrictions that are not specified on the website and not knowing them will cost you extra. If you have bracelets that can’t be removed, they’ll have you pay 900,000 IRR to buy a wristband to cover them. They also don’t let you have any hair clips and of course they want you buy hair band from them. So much unnecessary searching and extra trouble at the beginning that make your visit not as enjoyable as you expect. They don’t let you bring any food or water. I have been to many water parks around the world, never seen any with this much restriction. Seems like most of these restrictions are placed to make extra money from visitors rather than being necessary. Come prepared since none of these rules are specifically mentioned on their website, and you won’t be informed about them when you buy your ticket. Ocean Water Park is a 5.6 hectare outdoor water park located in Kish Island, Iran. It is the first Iranian themed water park and outdoor water park, themed based on story of the Mystery of the Sun Castle. It opened in January 2017 and has 13 rides, four swimming pools and one spa in addition to two restaurants, four beverage stops and coffee shops and two shopping areas. عالی عالی عالی. اصلا به نظرات منفی توجه نکنید. قطعا نمیشه با پارک آبی دوبی و آنتالیا مقایسه کرد و نظر داد. ولی کامنت ها واااقعا کم لطف هستند نسبت به اولین پارک آبی روباز ایران. من هم بار اولم نبود و قبلا پارک آبی سانوی لاگون مالزی رو رفته بودم. محیط سازی محشرههههههه. واقعا محوطه زیباست. مدریت عاااالی. از ساعت ۹ تا ساعت ۴ اونجا بودم ولی سر جمع نیم ساعت هم تو صف نبودم. سعی کنید به سرویس رایگان برسید و تول تایم اونجا باشید. چون سه چهار ساعت اول خیلییی خلوته. درمورد سرویس که واقعا حرفی نمی مونه. راس ساعت دقیق اونجا بود. از قطار های ژاپن هم راننده ها دقیق تر هستند. راس ساعت ۹ ما اونجا بودیم. اول دفعه یه سری تخفیف و ژتون غذا و عکاسی پیشنهاد میدند که به هیچ وجه نخرید. کلا توصیه میکنم از فروشگاه های اونجا هیچی نخرید. نه وسیله و نه خوراکی. من که امتحان نکردم ولی شنیدم غذاهاش افتضاح بده. پرسونل بسیاااااار خوش برخورد و با حوصله. واقعا برخوردشون عالی بود. مدریت پارک عااااالی. همه چی دقیق و حساب شده. همه چی پارک عالی و پرفکت. اگه تعداد نفرات اکیپتون زوج باشه که خیلی عالی. ولی اگه فرد هستید هم مشکل نیس. اونجا تیوپ تک نفره هم داره. حالا برسیم به نقاط ضعف و تفاوت هایی که با انتظاراتم داشت. اولین و بزرگترین ضعف استخر موج بود. موج های کوتاه و پشت سر هم که بیشتر به آدم حالت تهوع میده تا لذت. پیشنهاد میکنم استخر موج رو اصلا داخلش نرید که کف استخر مثل رنده می مونه. انقدر زبره که پوست و گوشت و همه چیو با هم میکنه. حتی وقتی موج خاموشه هم زخمی میشی چه برسه وقتی موج روشنه. بزرگتر ها اجازه همراهی کوچک‌تر هارو در پارک کودک ندارند. در صورتی که ما تو مالزی سرسره کودکان رو همراه با خواهرم سوار میشدیم که تنها نباشه. هرچند خانم مسئول اونجا حواسش به همه چی بود . خیالتون تخت. و ضعف بعدی اینکه تعداد سرسره ها کم هستش. البته کم لطفی نباشه که از هر نوع سرسره یک عدد وجود داره. مثلا پارک آبی مالزی هزااااار برابر اینجا سرسره داشت. ولی از هر نوع سرسره بیست عدد گذاشته بودن و سرسره ها مشابه هم بودن. درکل که خیلی خوش گذشت. سعی کنید تایم اول بگیرید و با سرویس برید که به...
