Read moreThe Shalmash Waterfall was actually a triple waterfall on the same river. The area is well organized with a large parking lot, stairs and pathway along the waterfalls. There are too many steps on the whole path. If you are willing to explore the whole area it may take about an hour or even more. As you take the stairs to the bottom of waterfall, in the end you will reach the river.
However, once you reach the river side, there will be too many steps to get back to the parking lot area and it might be challenging for people with physicial disability and elderly people.

Read moreIt is a beautiful place to visit specially if you go in the right season which is mid spring or early summer. Towards the end of summer the water level drops and it is not as nice but overall it is definitely worth visiting.
If you go with family make sure to go early during the holiday times, as it can get very busy with tourists, to find a place otherwise you would end up sitting close to the road and cars which can be very dusty.
