Yazd Art House Cafe — Attraction in دهستان فجر

We came here once and loved it, when we left kne of the person working there told us that we were welcome ANYTIME to come back, and that we wouldn't have to pay the entrance fee again (with a big smile on his face). In fact when we came the second time to eat here again, they charged us again, I explained we shouldn't pay for that as we already dear. The waitress said that when you pay you can come back ANYTIME ONLY THE SAME DAY . lol ! They are liars. Moreover they charged a bit more than 150 000 rial, it is was suppose to be 1€, so maximum 125 000. I hate people cheating on tourist like this place.

Disrespectful, impolite and disorganized as well!!! Worst experience and wasting of time in the Yazd. It is said they are closed from 14 to 16, I came at 17:05 and I was told they are closed up to 17:30,which was not mentioned in that rediculous piece of paper!!! so I made the decision of waiting that 25 minutes. Unfortunately I couldn't get in even at 17:45 and suddenly, out of the blue some boys and girls came out of the door and leaving the café!!! Not suggested to anyone. There were more people waiting for opening and accused the café for recent improper management. Do not waste your time and consider other café and restaurant with the same view and taste in less than 500...

The place, the view, the servings, the boys n girls working there were just perfect. The best place you wanna stop by to chill n have coffee while discovering the Yazd old town..BUT.. the manager (or owner) was surprisingly rude n even when I complained about the way he talked, still he refused to appologize n came up with the worst reply! The cafe was full of non-Iranian tourists n apparently he doesn't care about the local tourists anymore! It was a big turn off! Working in hospitality, you should know how to deal with all your customers with respect. The other staff were way more respectful n professional than...
