Azadi lake is only Standard piste for canoeing in iran. This is not natural lake and its made for 1974 asian games. It has 1/200meter long and 1000meter piste for canoeing competition. Its has a running piste around(about3km).also water ski is available there. Azadi lake is back to back by azadi football stadium.

یه محیط خیلی عالی برای ورزش کردن دور تا دور دریاچه پوشیده از درخت هست به شکلی که دالان های درختی ایجاد شده و برای پیاده روی و دویدن و حتی دوچرخه سواری بسیار لذت بخش و مفرح هست من برای دویدن رفتم و دور دریاچه حدود ۴ کیلومتر هست که برای افراد تازه کار مقداری زیاده دور تا دور دریاچه آب آشامیدنی نیست پس اگر خواستید برید حتما آب ببرید با خودتون
