A great park inside the city, its suitable for picnic & and walking. It has a nice and clean weather at least 3-4 degree Celsius lower than city center. You can take your car inside with possibility of parking close to the picnic areas. There are electric golf cars you can rent as well as bicycles. Entering the park is free but you have to pay 500 Iraqi dinars per car. It has many small kiosk s that offer fastfood, ice cream and beverages. It has a Roman stage that occasionally hold concerts and ceremonies. Its the biggest park in middle east and in the future its planned to have many 5 ⭐ hotels & restaurants in the unfinished part...

The park is located at Hawar shar area. It is the largest park in Sulaymaniah consist of 4400 acres land. There are many attractions for recreational activities including visiting of artificial fountain lake , bicycling arena , skateboarding club and particularly Romanian amphitheater. There are other many activities listed on the park map board but in fact doesn’t exist e.g Golfing .
