Sakran Village Resort - گوندی سەکرانی گەشتیاری — Attraction in Choman Central Subdistrict

The place is amazing, it is the perfect ghetto from the hot weather of Erbil. The location is very accessible. The motel is relatively new apart from the shower facility that was used up. The beds were clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was okay. Made of local materials and delicious but lacked some variety. The staff were respectful. The swings are installed in a very bad way that makes them not practical (what a loss). Overall it is very recommended and worth the try. The location is not very serviced so make sure to bring your groceries. Restaurants around are limited but you can drive for 15 minutes to choman and enjoy...

Our staying was for one night only and it was really nice, there different sizes of each unit and ours was the smalest which is adequate up to 5 persons, the price was 120 USD with breakfast and 100 USD without breakfast. The units are new, clean and fully accommodate, the staff are ver cooperatively, Parking are possible outside the resort and they offer carts to transport your bags. the landscape is fantastic and the resort was not noisy although almost all the unites were occupied. This place is probably the best in southern Kurdistan. By far the cleanest place that I had the privilege to stay in. I saw couple of comments complaining about the price being too high, I say Its worth every single dinar. I honestly felt like I was in a diffrent continent.
