A Unique Amusement Experience As Erbil, the capital of the Kurdistan area of Iraq is growing and attracting significant investments, the need for entertainment, amusement, and quality time for residents and visitors has increased. Even though major Erbil real estate projects, such as the upscale gated residential compounds, usually offer their residents several amusement and recreational facilities, nothing can compare to Aqua Tarin Water Park.
An Aquatic Park for All the Family If you are living in Erbil or somewhere nearby, come to spend a fun-packed day out at the park with your family. The park is especially popular with children who want to come back again and again. In the summertime, Aqua Tarin can be compared to a paradise oasis, a refreshing escape from the hustle and bustle of the big city, and an opportunity for a dive in the clear waters of the park’s numerous pools. The park is also ideal for those who want to spend a few hours in a beautiful environment after work in the afternoon and relax over a large glass of refreshing fruit juice or a cup of coffee. With unbroken views of the surrounding countryside and the city of Erbil in the distance, you can just chill under the shaded areas, splash around in the water, or plummet down...
Read moreOverall a nice water park. But there is some Major problems , for example there is the signs for the slides where its saying age and hight limits , but the workers made up some limits from their head and when we asked why this sign is saying 10 years age limits hes saying the sign is wrong and he is right. 🤷♀️ also it was very difficult to get to the slides. The people there are hugging the floatables and reserving them for themselves so its very difficult to find free floatables. Normally u take the floatable, go to the slide and leave it under the slide. But here the system is not working, people carry them with them even to the toilet and the workers are not saying anything. Overall our experience was quite bad because we couldnt go to the slides because people was keeping the floatables like the didnt never see plastic before. And also had to fight with the workers to get our Son to the slides , because They was trying to say that the age limit is 15 years for the slides and we said why we pay the ticket for the Child then if hes not allowed to go and why ure signs are saying 10 years... and its not allowed to bring snacks. They check ure bags when u go out from the changing rooms to...

I was most excited to use the lazy river, but was disappointed to hear that the tubes weren't allowed to be used in it. It's a lazy river and the whole purpose is to tube down! We were directed to a store and, after paying 25,000 entry fee, asked by "buy" a tube. Disappointing, especially since we were one of two families in the park and the slides were closed and tubes all being unused.
My husband and friends went on the various slides at 11:30 when those opened. Please be aware the slides aren't open at 9, when the park is opened. They said the slides were a lot of fun and spent over an hour going up and down all of them. This was recommended and fun.
Last note, no food is allowed inside. They do have two or three little restaurants / stands open with food. Food tasted fine, however the prices were a bit steep. Again, after spending 25,000 entry per person, I was hoping not to spend so...
