Broadmeadow Estuary

Broadmeadows Estuary, also known as Malahide Estuary, is a beautiful and tranquil spot that’s easy to reach by car or bike. The area is full of birdlife, with swans and cranes often seen gliding gracefully across the water. Small fish can sometimes be spotted leaping from the surface, adding to the lively atmosphere. The Broadmeadows River begins north of Dunshaughlin and gently winds its way to the sea just beyond Swords.
