Really lovely spot with plenty to do. Playground, lake with water sports (don't take cards), picnics and beautiful walks. Walk around black island is quite flat and suitable for buggies or those with additional needs. Children walked it no bother. Feeding the ducks was fun. Walk through the forest and coffee at the picnic table afterwards from the coffee dock by the lake was delicious. Lots of seating. The playground was fantastic with something for every age group. Very well maintained and stroller friendly....

Visited lough muckno white island recently and had a splendid time. Met some locals and fished for pike. Caring depths were interesting from 3ft-35ft in sections. Few pike caught in the 20ft region. Fantastic access and room for viechle access. Will return again.

This lovely lake is well-known, I believe as a great place for fishing, walking and water sports. We stopped by on a gorgeous summer's evening for this fabulous photo opportunity. We will return again to explore the area more.

A great day out. With 6 different routes the longest being 2km you can spend the day exploring. There are plenty of places to stop and have a picnic whilst taking in the gorgeous scenery.
